360 Assessment
This assessment will assist you in seeing first hand your personal Life Balance.
Directions:
Read through each sentence and check off only if true 90% of the time. Tally the number at the end of each column. Choose one to three items you would like to work on from each category.
This is a great way to see where coaching could benefit you personally.
TLC has coaching programs to develop a healthy 360.
